Joyous Birthing was founded in 1995 out of the belief that women and families deserve to have fulfilling and empowering birth experiences. We encourage education, informed choice and the nurturing of birthing mothers. With 
a heart for compassionate care, professionalism, a high degree of integrity and knowledge we have a long line of families that have had a beautiful beginning because of a Joyous Birth.


Babies are born by two options....but there are thousands of ways to give birth.  When a woman has the care and support of a Birth Doula and the education to empower her in her choices the birth will be a more fulfilling experience. When the birth is more satisfying the transition to mothering will be easier.
